SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing THE HUMAN ARC. We are committed to getting your gear to you as efficiently as possible. Order Processing: • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We are proud to offer simple, flat-rate shipping across the globe. • Europe & USA: • Cost: FREE Shipping • Estimated Delivery: 3-6 business days. • Rest of the World: • Cost: 5 EUR (Flat Rate) • Estimated Delivery: 7-25 business days. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
